Imagine: a typical morning at the office. The coffee hasn’t had time to kick in yet, and the mood is like a Monday after vacation. But there is one person who always finds a way to make the day better. Her position in our squad is called Happiness Manager.
That’s our Yulia. She’s a strategist and coordinator. She knows how to maintain team spirit and mental balance, bring people together, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels important. Her job is to help the team be not only effective but also happy. And she does it brilliantly!
Why do we need a Happiness Manager?
In media buying, everything happens so fast that sometimes it feels like it’s either you or your nerves. It’s essential not only to keep up with the traffic but also to maintain balance. And you know who helps with that? Yulia.
A Happiness Manager is not just a “corporate person.” It’s a strategic approach to team happiness. Yulia organizes social activities, comes up with events, and finds ways to bring together even those who would never sit next to each other in the office kitchen.
It’s not about “parties,” it’s about synergy. It’s about when people don’t just work together, but become a team capable of real miracles. And here, our results speak for themselves.
Happy because we help
Our Happiness Manager helps us stay not only effective at work, but also attentive to the needs of others. She reminds us that helping others has the power to change lives and inspires us to act together.
“Every month, we have at least one event, and sometimes even two! As a result, we have 13 cool social activities this year. The team loves participating in events involving children or animals — it’s always very touching and inspiring. Earth Day was just as cool — we planted a bunch of trees as a team! It’s incredibly nice when the whole team comes together for a good cause.
We support those who require help the most. These include our soldiers, for whom we fulfill urgent requests, and people who have lost their homes due to the war but have received care and support from us. We also care about little animals looking for shelter and organizations that help children.
Yulia always finds a way to unite the team for a common goal and inspires us to take on any task that helps those fighting for our freedom.
We work together for one idea: every contribution we make, no matter how big or small, matters. And that’s what makes us a real team.
Team building is the key!
Our team building is about choice and enjoyment. The team decides how to spend time together, and Yulia makes all their wishes come true. Everyone comes back energized, with new experiences and closer to their colleagues. We understand how important it is to work on the cohesion of all our teams, so we actively develop a culture of such events. It can be anything, as long as we do it together.
“Every year, despite the circumstances, we have a tradition of going to the movies on Halloween. And this year is no exception! We got the whole squad together for the premiere of Venom 2. Now that was a really Happy Halloween!”
“We have already organized more than 13 team-building events for the Traffic Squad teams. Each team has the opportunity to recharge twice a year in an atmosphere of fun and unity, of course! Of course, everyone wants something interesting or active. Personally, my choice this year is the HR department’s team-building event in the Carpathians.I just love it! I was there, so I have the right to be biased. Although in reality, every event like this is a big responsibility for me, and I try to exceed the expectations of each team!”
We are also fans of flexible schedules and care about the safety of our employees, so most of us work online. In order not to lose touch with each other, we are actively developing online team-building formats. Our favorites are quizzes on various topics, where everyone can join in and get energized together, regardless of their location.
The result? These meetings not only help us recharge, but also understand each other better. It’s an opportunity to build trust and cohesion that carries over into our daily work.
Happy Squad — Traffic Squad
Our corporate parties used to be very loud. But times have changed, and now we choose quieter formats where the main thing is to relax, recharge, and just be together.
“Traffic Squad is about people. That’s why it’s important for me to build trust, support, and harmony within the team. That’s what creates the conditions for the best results.”
A happy team is the foundation of everything we do. We believe that support, trust, and unity help achieve great results. A Happiness Manager is someone who creates an atmosphere where everyone feels important.
Because our squad is a happy squad.
