Basic requirements
- 3+ years of successful experience in Gambling as a Media Buyer
- experience in the position of Team lead of Media buying and team management
- experience in building a team from scratch
- experience working with large budgets
- availability of successful cases and statistics on them
- control and analysis of team work
- the ability to motivate the team to fulfill KPIs;
- it will be a great advantage to have your own team of buyers
Responsibility
- management and control of the team, increasing its performance indicators
- search, testing and scaling of working relationships and new sources
- analysis of efficiency to increase Roi and profit
- control of KPIs implementation
