That’s why we need an experienced and motivated recruiter (with experience in closing arbitrage vacancies).

Your tasks for the position:
- Brief hiring managers (there is an application template).
- Cutting salaries on the market and providing analytics on request.
- Writing “selling” vacancies, sourcing, networking.
- Conducting interviews with relevant candidates and providing detailed analytics to the customer after the interview (according to the template).
- Providing timely and quality feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Registration of job-offers, NDAs according to the available template, transfer of signed documents to HR department.
- Quality record keeping (we don’t have micromanagement, but we do have BPs to adhere to).
We are successful if you:
- Have a successful experience in full cycle recruiting of 1 year or more.
- MUST have experience closing positions in traffic arbitrage (Gambling and/or Crypto verticals).
- You know how to weed and aren’t afraid to network.
- You are constantly developing your skills and have at least one profile certification.
- You know how to identify candidates’ true motivation at the interview and work with it throughout the hiring cycle.
- You’re comfortable with analytics because we’re a data-driven organization.
- Thinking critically, finding out-of-the-box approaches to solve problems when needed.
- We all know what a fakup is, but it’s important for us to be accountable for the results of our work and lack thereof.
Will be a fat plus:
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Successful headhunting experience.
- Experience in international recruitment.
- Developed networking in the field, own base of candidates (with whom you keep in touch).
