Requirements:

• at least 1 year of experience as a Middle-Senior Affiliate Manager;
• at least 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing;
• experience in finding and working with partners in international markets;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• own established base of loyal partners;
• ability to analyze traffic;
• ability to successfully manage large affiliate program budgets and monitor their payback;
• high level of communication skills;
• the ability to take a versatile and comprehensive approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities:

• support and communication with local and international partners: chats, forums, communities, conferences; active
• search and involvement of partner networks and direct affiliates;
• analysis of competitors and the ability to apply this analysis in practice to optimize traffic/affiliate program/product;
• implementation of your own and corporate business plan;
• analyze the traffic of your partners for quality and monitor the fulfillment of target KPIs;
• technical support of the partner, the ability to set up all the necessary segments that partners may need.
