On April 16-17, the Lead Panda team and I visited Warsaw to attend Conversion Conf 2025. And it was not just “we went to the conference, listened to the speakers, and then went home”. These were two days that really charged us with new ideas, acquaintances, and a little bit of cool merch from affiliate programs (seriously, now we have enough merch in the office).

So let’s tell you how it was 👇

First impressions – well, wow

Development, creativity, style. Conversion Conf this year has become even bigger – +15 new stands, more than 70 of the best brands, media speakers, star headliners, and 3600+ square meters of location – and professional mega movement is happening everywhere.

We hadn’t even entered yet, and we started taking pictures at every turn. Because it is very exciting and with a concentration of affiliate professionals 🔥

Top 5 stands that we will definitely not forget

🖤 Traffic Devils

The stand was like a real hub – with a party, conversations, ideas. Their own ecosystem, new branded merchandise, a clear message – they are here for a long time and seriously. Their 2.5-meter mascot, light effects, hanging chains, and overall – full devil aesthetics. It was not just a stand, but a visual flash that stopped everyone.

❤️ Pin-Up Partners

A recreation area, and a lot of interactivity. There were a lot of people and even more interest. They once again proved that they know how to combine business and fan in such a way that partners get high. They even had a bar – what else can I say? And most importantly, it was really fun.

Their stand was very much about stability and scale. And it is not surprising because they were the general sponsors. It was clear that the company was not new to such events. The atmosphere at the booth was as professional as possible, but warm at the same time.

These guides are about globalization, expansion, and partner community style. It seems that they did not just present the brand, but created a real art installation. It felt like you were not at a stand, but in a pavilion of the future. And it was a very cool contrast to the business conversations around. The brand presentation turned out to be very cool.

The emphasis is on straightforwardness, reliability, and presence in dozens of geos. We caught ourselves thinking that such stands do not shout, but for some reason they are always remembered. Perhaps because there is a powerful brand with years of experience inside. The stand was laconic, but knew exactly how to hook.

Speakers who gathered full halls

🎤 Inna Gagarin – told about the transformation of the gaming industry: from complex strategy to simplicity. And how to use it to the maximum.

🎤 Lana Rossi showed the inner workings of media buying. “7 bucks for FTD is not magic, it’s a system of certain solutions.”

🎤 Alexander Slobozhenko spoke about how holdings grow from simple arbitration teams. And he played 1500 USDT, by the way.

🎤 Rostislav Potapenko – Telegram and affiliate? Very much so. An iPhone + 3 dates as a bonus, but that’s okay! Maybe it’s not for nothing that he received a bouquet with a loaf instead of the usual flowers!

What we liked the most (and a bit of constructive criticism)

🔥 Pros:

  • Each stand is like a separate universe, not a copy-paste.
  • Brands that have not been previously represented in Ukraine.
  • Really useful speakers and powerful information without water, but with real-life examples and sincerity.
  • Great location, there was room to sit, stand, and look around.
  • Networking worked great: we talked to almost everyone we wanted to.

🌫 Cons:

  • In some areas, I wanted more space during the “peak” time of the crowd, because there were really many people. However, Lana has already said that next year she will add even more comfort and space, so it’s okay, because it’s an experience.
  • There was a long pause of 3 hours before the afterparty, and not everyone made it, but the event was still a success.

Result: is it worth going?

Definitely yes.
Conversion Conf is when you don’t just listen to cases, but catch the momentum, the drive from it. You communicate, generate new ideas and hypotheses, communicate with niche TOPs, learn insights from them, and get inspired.
And also, we managed to really combine the incompatible there – we unloaded our heads and got information non-stop.
