The conference that we have been talking about since spring has happened! Of course, we couldn’t miss such an event in the affiliate community, so Panda Media had a powerful delegation to share the most interesting things from the conference: Alyona – CCO, Nadia – Head of SMM, and Anya – bizdev.

This hit became the unofficial anthem of the Warsaw AFFHUB. As soon as we entered the room, we immediately realized that the organizers were not kidding with the scale. The number of people and their energy was immediately noticeable. All the participants came with a specific goal: to find new partners, learn about the latest trends, network in such a way as to plan profitable collaborations with nice people and have a great time.
If we talk about the most creative approach to presentation, the Traffhub booth became unforgettable at the entrance. Just imagine: you enter a conference and are greeted by a stand with a tarot reader, numerologist, and priest divided into zones.
“There was such a queue that not everyone had time to see the tarot reader, but I know where to get her number because she was soooo praised,” says Anya. We understood the idea: in a world where algorithms change every day, a little mysticism and entertainment won’t hurt. Plus, it created that unusual atmosphere where affiliate marketing meets esotericism. The One Partners booth also hit the heart of the event, impressing with its scale and creativity. The photo zone by V.Partners was also a must-have, as it made us think “oh, we definitely need to come here.”
“The afterparty after 8 hours of non-stop networking allowed me to come to life in a new way” – this is where the true specificity of AFFHUB is revealed. This is not a conference where you come, listen to the speakers and leave. This is a marathon of communication, where every minute can bring a new acquaintance or deal. And this process is easier when you know that an equally exciting party among your own awaits you next!
When you are constantly on the move from morning to evening, meeting people, discussing projects, looking for partners, and so on for 8 hours in a row, not everyone can withstand such intensity, but this is what creates the unique energy for which people come to AFFHUB from all over Europe. So you just need to be charged up for professional dodge.
“We made a year’s worth of content, and it will take us the same amount of time to edit it 😅” – jokes Nadia, Head of SMM team. But this joke hides a lot of work, because AFFHUB really tried to make a huge content factory.
Every conversation is a potential article or video, an idea for the future. “Where would media be without it,” adds Aliona, and this shows how strategically the Panda Media team approaches participation in conferences.
When asked about the moments when she “wanted to roll her eyes,” Anya answers diplomatically: “There were, but for ethical reasons I can’t name them.” Alyona adds: “But how can you do without it? You can’t go to any event without a kringle.” So attend such events and you will definitely have something to gossip about with your colleagues!
This shows the maturity of the Ukrainian affiliate community. We understand that there are always crunch moments, but we don’t use them for cheap hype. Professional ethics are more important than sensationalism.
“There were a lot of warm hugs with partners with whom we constantly cooperate online, but met for the first time,” says Anya, bizdev Panda Media. It may sound trite, but it is actually one of the key points why such conferences are necessary. For example, some people met Vika Bakalova for the first time and got positive emotions from how cool she is in person.
When most communication takes place on Telegram, Zoom, etc., a face-to-face meeting becomes a special event. “I love to see how the same avatars come to life in the tg and how people open up in person,” says Aliona. Unfortunately, not everyone was photographed, but we managed to capture the communication with Alyona and the Gentle Partners CMO!
It’s not just emotions, but even stronger ties and long-term partnerships are behind such meetings.
“HR Space is something new and creative, and I spent a lot of time with the girls,” says Anya. In a world where everyone is fighting for top talent, AFFHUB has created a separate space for HR professionals and job seekers.
This shows how deeply the organizers understand the needs of the industry. Affiliate marketing is primarily about people, and good people have a higher profit than the best offers.

AFFHUB Affiliate Aggregator Conf has once again shown that the Ukrainian affiliate community is ready to scale to the European market. “AFFHUB is a feeling of home and people around you” compared to other international conferences. Well, where else would there be a charity auction with a boxing glove raffle signed by Usyk himself? So the sincere and correct meanings were definitely present.
