You started working at the age of 12. How did it affect your life?
It was a challenge, but I am very grateful for it. Every experience from a young age taught me to appreciate work and the people around me. Even small steps lead to big changes, and I realized this back then.
You call leaving the civil service and moving abroad turning points. Why?
These decisions were risky, but they completely changed my life. Leaving the stability of a government job meant going beyond my comfort zone. And the move opened up other horizons for me that I would never have seen if I had stayed put.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Persistent, strategic, and cool. But another word that is always with me is grateful.
You say that extroversion is your strong point. How does it help you in your work?
Everything is built on people. The ability to communicate helps build trust, assemble a strong team, and negotiate with partners.
What habits have helped you succeed?
Sport taught me discipline. Even if I am very tired, I always do a little more than seems possible. I also listen to the advice of my parents and older people whom I respect. Their experience is invaluable.
Tell us about the creation of Invisible Team. How did the idea come about?
The idea was born from analyzing other people’s mistakes. I wanted to build a company where everyone clearly knows their role and does their job. Now we have 25 buyers and 20 people in the back office. We work as a single mechanism.
Why did you choose arbitration?

You said that corporate spirit is not built with money. How does it work in your company?
The idea is always more important than money. When the team sees the goal and believes in it, everyone works with dedication.

We have actively integrated it into all processes. This allowed us to multiply traffic volumes and simplify many tasks.
What was the hardest part of building a business for you?
Gathering the right team. Finding people who share your values and goals is always a challenge.
