Lead Panda Media continues to introduce you to the leaders of the affiliate industry, and this time our C-level show features a special guest – Inna Gagarin, Co-owner and CEO of G. Partners. She can be safely called the queen of iGaming, because since 2010, Inna has not only built a successful business in the field, but also become one of the most influential leaders in the industry. We discussed many personal and professional topics with Inna, including:
Why is success not always about expertise?
In the interview, Inna shares interesting thoughts on iGaming, noting that many talented people do not consider themselves experts. As she notes, brilliant people are often introverts, which does not prevent them from creating extraordinary products and influencing the industry.
iGaming in the modern world: accessibility and responsibility
Inna will also talk about how iGaming has changed over the past decade. Nowadays, you don’t need to fly to Los Angeles or Monaco to enjoy the game – everything is available on your phone. But at the same time, the importance of responsible gaming and the role of associations that support responsible gaming is growing.
Poker as an intellectual game: more than just a game of chance
We also asked Inna what poker means to her. She says that it’s not just a game for money, it’s an intellectual game that she compares to chess. The poker community is significantly different from the arbitration world, as an intellectual approach prevails here.
Big business, big responsibilities
Inna will also talk about her journey in building a family company. All of her key employees grew up in the company, which emphasizes loyalty and deep product knowledge. Although Inna admits that it is more difficult to grow your own employees, she is convinced of the effectiveness of this approach.
Influencer marketing: an investment in long-term success
Based on her many years of experience, Inna will explain why a large budget for influencer marketing should be considered as an investment. She will emphasize that the growth of client’s LTV directly depends on the duration of interaction with the streamer, and GGR is significantly affected by seasonality.
Work and travel: combining successful leadership and active life
During the interview, Inna will also share her personal life. In particular, she will note that she spends more than 230 days a year outside of Cyprus, attending various conferences. It is here that she finds new partners and meets people whom she does not always have the opportunity to see in other settings. Among the international conferences, Inna singled out Sigma as one of the most effective.
Interesting moments from personal life and work
You will learn how journalism education helped Inna to easily communicate with different people, supporting any topic of conversation. It will also be interesting to hear her thoughts on why she doesn’t gamble, how meeting Tolik Winter was a turning point in her career, and why she believes that success means not paying attention to price tags in supermarkets.
