Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing an effective affiliate strategy (Tier 1-2 GEOs).
  • Acquiring new partners and developing existing ones.
  • Team management: setting goals, development, and mentoring.
  • Implementing process optimization tools.
  • In-depth analysis of campaigns, competitors, and the market.
  • Communication with internal departments to foster synergy.

What’s important to us:

  • 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of the gambling vertical.
  • Leadership, analytical skills, and flexible thinking.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
