Your responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing an effective affiliate strategy (Tier 1-2 GEOs).
- Acquiring new partners and developing existing ones.
- Team management: setting goals, development, and mentoring.
- Implementing process optimization tools.
- In-depth analysis of campaigns, competitors, and the market.
- Communication with internal departments to foster synergy.
What’s important to us:
- 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the gambling vertical.
- Leadership, analytical skills, and flexible thinking.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
