Main requirements
- successful experience in Gambling on the position of Media Buyer search from 3 years
- experience in the position of Team lead of Media buying and team management
- experience in building a team from scratch
- experience of working with large budgets
- availability of successful cases and statistics on them
- control and analysis of team work
- ability to motivate the team to fulfill KPIs;
Responsibilities
- management and control of the team, improving its performance
- search, testing and scaling of working relationships and new sources
- analysis of efficiency to increase Roi and profit
- control over the implementation of KPIs
