1. You have 1 year of successful experience in the Gambling/iGame vertical as a Team Lead.
2. You have experience in team building.
3. Successful experience working with large budgets.
4. You have successful cases and statistics on them, ready to share at the interview.
5. You know how to motivate the team to fulfill KPIs.
6. It will be a great advantage to have your own team of buyers.

Your tasks in the position:

1. Management and control of the team, increasing its efficiency.
   
2. Search, test and scale working relationships and new sources.
3. Analyzing performance to increase Roi and profit.
   
4. Control of KPIs implementation.
