We are currently looking for a SMM manager who knows how to keep his finger on the pulse of the industry, create content that you want to repost, and systematically develop social networks.

To run the holding’s internal projects: a marketing agency and media about affiliate marketing, which shares news, insights, and industry trends on a daily basis.

• Your tasks:
  
  Manage internal projects of the Lead Panda holding: marketing agency Lead Panda Agency and affiliate marketing media Lead Panda Media. .
  The main communication channels: 1 Telegram channel, 2 Instagram pages (agency, media), duplication of content on Linkedin. .
  Plan and coordinate the content plan: posts, stories, rolls, cross-promotions, integrations, etc. .
  Publish announcements of articles, shows, events, entertaining posts.
  Maintain effective interaction with partners within joint projects.
  Coordinate designers, copywriters, targeting specialists.
  Analyze advertising: check the cost of a subscriber, optimize campaigns.
  Report and analyze the effectiveness of content. Look for the reasons for the growth/decline of indicators and offer solutions for the development of social networks.
• We will succeed if you do:
  
  Have 2+ years of experience in SMM (understanding of the affiliate sphere is required!). .
  Lead Telegram and Instagram with noticeable results.
  You have experience with strategy development and community building. Are you experienced in strategy development and community building?
  You know what marketing is, you know metrics, you know how to analyze and improve them.
  You know how to work in a multitasking environment with clear deadlines.
  Systematic, organized, creative and enjoys what they do.

Will be a plus:
