Novoplex is a group of companies that develops iGaming products and provides services in various areas of performance marketing.

Now we are looking for an experienced SEO Manager (gambling) to maintain a high level of efficiency of our in-house SEO strategy and implement it for new products and geos.

What you will do:

• Implement and execute an SEO strategy focused on scaling the business.
• Evaluate the quality of SEO traffic, including ROAS, and monitor its profitability.
• Analyze and optimize metrics to ensure sustainable growth of organic traffic.

What you’ll need to do:

• 2+ years of experience in SEO (deep specialization in gambling);
• 1+ year of experience with products on SOFTSWISS/other JS platform;
• Experience with the AU market is required;
• Successful experience in developing and implementing long-term SEO strategies;
• Implementation and analysis of key metrics, including FTD;
• Growth of organic non-branded traffic;
• Deep integration into the SEO market;
• Experience in working with copywriters, link builders, WordPress developers;
• Experience with Similar Web/Serpstat/Ahrevs/SE Ranking tools;
• B1+ level of written English;
• Attention to detail, ability to analyze data;
• Self-management skills, consistency and engagement.
