We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our Kyiv office. If you have solid expertise in affiliate marketing and are eager for growth — this role is for you!

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
  
• Understanding of Revenue Share and CPA models
  
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  

Key responsibilities:

• Attracting new partners and negotiating deals
  
• Communicating with existing partners
  
• Analyzing competitors and affiliate marketing trends
  
• Optimizing traffic sources, monitoring ROI, and scaling campaigns
  
• Preparing documentation and reporting
