4. You have successful cases with Tir 1, Tir 2, Tir 3 geo.
5. You know how to manage budgets from 1000$ spread daily.

Your tasks in the position:

1. Creation and launch of advertising campaigns.
2. Search and test new approaches and connections.
3. Testing new hypotheses and displaying statistics on them.
4. Control of key traffic indicators (AR, CR, EPC, EPL, ROI).
   
5. Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and their optimization.
6. Reporting on advertising companies.
   
7. Clearly setting the TOR for a creative specialist.
