Now we are looking for a Head of Affiliates for the Nutra vertical to strengthen the team and continue our rapid growth.

What you will do:

• Build and develop an affiliate team – recruitment, training, motivation, and control of those who will work with you to pump our projects.
• Control the quality of service for partners and webmasters – we must be #1 for them in terms of support.
• Resolve disputes and support webmasters – be in touch and resolve any issues promptly.
• Scale traffic volumes – your task is to inspire and motivate the team and webmasters to do their best.
• Analyze and monitor traffic statistics – regular analysis and optimization based on the data obtained.
• Participate in specialized conferences – represent the company at key events, strengthen our reputation and expand our partner network.

Our expectations from you:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Head of Affiliates at Nutra or related niches – you know the market, understand the tools and subtleties of working with a team.
• Expert knowledge of traffic – a deep understanding of sources and work with webmasters.
• Proficiency in analytical tools – you have the skills and reliable analysis methods to improve your performance.
• Ability to organize work and business processes in a structured way – we value order and efficiency.
• English at Upper Intermediate level – for fluent communication with foreign partners.
• Personal qualities: leadership, responsibility, charisma, proactivity and top communication skills.
