We are currently actively expanding our affiliate programs and are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates.

What you will need to do:

• Development and implementation of an affiliate marketing strategy.
• Affiliate program management: attracting new partners, negotiating, concluding contracts.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of affiliate channels: KPI control, traffic optimization, increasing conversions.
• Interaction with internal teams: marketing, development, product.
• Reporting: analysis of results, preparation of presentations for management.
• Participation in exhibitions and conferences: company presentation, search for new partners.
• Market monitoring: identification of new opportunities for the development of affiliate programs.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the position of Head of Affiliates or Senior Affiliate Manager (from 2 years).
• Understanding of the specifics of iGaming and affiliate marketing.
• Ability to negotiate and build partnerships.
• Analytical skills: working with metrics (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV).
