💪 We expect you:

• have at least 1 year of experience in the financial sector;
• have experience with Cash flow, P&L;
• confident user of Google Doc, Sheets, Excel, Calendar;
• able to perform similar tasks on a regular basis;
• able to work with large amounts of data;
• Attentive to details;
• able to work in a team.

📌 Your responsibilities:

• checking and entering income and expenses of systems managers on a daily basis;
• generating reports for managers;
• communication with finance and marketing teams;
• preparation of data for the company’s main reports;
• Participation in the preparation of regular company reports;
• controlling balance sheets and reconciliations with payment systems;
• issuing accesses to new employees;
• maintaining a register of customer payments;
• preparation of invoices for payment;
• preparation of accounts payable report;
• related tasks to improve the workflow
