We will succeed if:

1. You have a similar experience in the Crypto vertical from 1 year.
2. You understand the specifics of advertisers from different geos.
3. You know how the CPA market works, the main metrics and how to calculate them.
4. You know how to analyze traffic, make decisions based on numbers and facts, and know how to argue your point of view.

A plus will be:

1. An up-to-date database of partners in the crypto vertical.
2. B2+ English for comfortable and productive negotiations in correspondence, calls, and meetings.

Your tasks in the position:

1. Search and attract new advertisers and brokers.
2. Building and developing long-term relationships with advertisers and partners.
3. Connecting and placing new offers in the system.
4. Analysis of the market, trends, traffic (current market news, TOP offers)
5. Control of key traffic indicators (AR, CR, ROI)
