What will be your responsibilities:

• Partner network development – searching for, attracting, and building strong trusting relationships with webmasters and partners.
• Traffic management – monitoring the quality and volume of traffic, analyzing and adjusting the results to achieve maximum effect.
• Optimization of affiliate programs – searching for opportunities to increase efficiency, implementing best practices and innovations.
• Planning and achievement – setting ambitious goals that are not only met but exceed expectations!

What we expect from you:

• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager – understanding of the specifics of cooperation with partners and webmasters.
• Your own webmaster database is your resource that you are ready to use for a quick and productive start.
• Hunter’s talent – you know how to find the best and engage them in cooperation.
• Proactivity and thirst for results – you set high goals yourself and confidently go for them!
• Experience in the field will be an advantage.
