Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in affiliate marketing in the IGaming niche;
• Experience with affiliate programs;
• Experience with Tier 1 countries, understanding of affiliate markets, traffic sources used by webmasters;
• Ability to evaluate performance, calculate KPIs, experience in weekly reporting and performance analysis;
• Knowledge of CPA, RevShare and other payment models;
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing;
• English language skills at B2 level and above;
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, communication skills and teamwork;

Responsibilities:

• Developing and proactively managing a portfolio of affiliate marketing programs, ensuring a deep understanding of the financial value of the portfolio;
• Acquisition, retention and activation of new partners in different regions;
• Negotiate and review commercial agreements with all partners;
• Identify new opportunities for clients in different regions;
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular contact, which will include face-to-face meetings, telephone and email communications;
• Attending conferences;
• Analyzing campaigns, reporting ROI results and developing strategies for further actions;
• Monitoring and analyzing the results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports – optimizing conversion rates;
• Proactive management of the marketing budget;
• Working with numerical data presented in various reports and tables
