📌 Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and advertisers
- Monitor partner performance and ensure traffic quality meets requirements
- Analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and call quality
- Resolve partner inquiries, issues, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate terms, payouts, and performance conditions with affiliates
- Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure timely payouts and maintain transparent communication with partners
🚀 Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, sales, or related areas
- Understanding of CPA, CPL, or Pay-Per-Call models
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance metrics
- English level: Advanced
- Proactivity, ownership mindset, and desire to grow in performance marketing
