We are looking for a SMM Manager who is well versed in affiliate marketing and can speak the same language with our audience (webmasters).

Your tasks:

  • Stable management of all CPA social networks in accordance with the approved strategy: regular content plan for a month ahead, timely release of posts (3-4 per week in each channel).
  • Influence the constant growth of the audience and activity: monthly growth of subscribers by ~5%, retention or increase in the level of engagement (ER not less than 5%).
  • Introduce new content and interactive formats on a quarterly basis (contests, polls, AMA sessions) to strengthen community loyalty.
  • Communicate with subscribers: responding to comments and messages throughout the day, moderating discussions in communities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product management) to synchronize content with key company news and marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare a quarterly report to the management on social media development: analysis of KPIs, conclusions and suggestions for further growth.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SMM manager. Experience in affiliate marketing companies is desirable.
  • Experience in related digital areas (fintech, e-commerce) is acceptable, provided you understand the affiliate marketing model.
  • Creativity and ability to generate interesting content, ideas for sections.
  • Organization, independence and time management skills (compliance with the content plan, deadlines), ability to work on several formats in parallel.
  • Analytical thinking: understanding of metrics (ER, CTR, conversions) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication and customer focus: ability to build a dialog with the audience, maintain community engagement.
  • Adaptability: the ability to quickly pick up new trends, platforms (Threads), and content formats.
  • Skills in launching targeted social media advertising to promote content or attract subscribers.
  • Intermediate level of English is required.
  • Portfolio.
