The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need an Affiliate Manager who understands the intricacies of Internet marketing, finds a common language with anyone, can attract the best webmasters to the team and become a reliable partner for them.

Your tasks:
- Search for and engage new partners;
- maintain partnerships with existing webmasters;
- analyze competitors and follow new trends in affiliate marketing;
- monitor the quality of traffic;
- participate in thematic online and offline events, expand networking;
- resolve technical payment issues with webmasters;
- prepare reports.
We expect from you
- 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in affiliate CPA networks or marketing agencies;
- knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level and above;
- confident command of the terminology of the affiliate marketing market;
- knowledge of key product metrics;
- understanding of traffic sources and experience in fraud detection;
- strong soft skills to build communication and effective relationships in a team, understand the needs of webmasters and help them with their implementation;
- ability to research partnerships and analyze traffic.
- experience in public speaking;
- experience in negotiations;
- result orientation;
- ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
It will be a plus:
- experience with the nutra niche.
