We are getting even bigger (we have grown by 50%!), so we are looking for an Affiliate/BD Manager to take over customer interaction and expand our client network in the iGaming niche.

Our ideal teammate has a deep understanding of the CPA model, is proficient in analytical tools, and has experience with advertising platforms.

Hard Skills:

• Hands-on experience with trackers, specialized programs, cloaking, etc.
• 2+ years of experience as an affiliate / BD manager in the iGaming niche
• Understanding of the basic principles and mechanics of affiliate marketing, affiliate programs, and monetization models
• English at Intermediate+ level
• Experience in traffic analysis, including the use of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
• Deep understanding of the CPA (Cost Per Action) model and other affiliate schemes (CPC, CPM, RevShare, etc.)
• Mastery of the technical aspects of integrations and their tracking
• Understanding of the basic principles of SEO and traffic acquisition strategies for building partnerships

Soft Skills:

• High analytical skills, ability to quickly process and analyze a large amount of information
• Possesses negotiation skills
• Is interested in and studies trends, implements them in work

Will be a plus:

• Experience with SEO traffic
• Experience in international projects and understanding of the specifics of different markets
• Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Understanding of marketing and SEO strategies to increase traffic reach and quality
• Experience in conducting tests and A/B testing
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Spanish, German or French)
• Skills in developing and implementing creative advertising campaigns and content approaches

Requirements:

• Acquisition of new partners through research, recommendations, networking events, affiliate events, data streams and emails
• Building long-term relationships with existing partners
• Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
• Reporting on traffic performance
• Analysis of SEO sites to determine the most profitable positions and traffic strategies
• Attendance at thematic events
