Internal product issues
Due to an error on the part of PartyCasino in the bonus system, bonus funds that were supposed to be with a wager were credited immediately to the game balance and became available for withdrawal.
Blocking the ability to withdraw funds for 48 hours
Massive blocking of players.
The product failed to process the given player base properly.
The lack of an adequate push communication system: the first push was sent only after 24 hours by email. There were no telephone and SMS mailings at all.
Failed online meetings:
We have scheduled a meetup with the PartyCasino CEO and our overlords to discuss further cooperation.
The dates were constantly changing on the part of PartyCasino.

Final – SMS instead of conversation
On the day when the meet with the CEO was supposed to take place, we received a notification about traffic STOP.
Accusations of motivated traffic:
The product owner joined the chat.
Personally interfered in operational processes, which is outside his role.
At the time of the traffic stop, there was no analysis and no employees who specialized in all metrics.
After attempts at constructive communication and a warning about possible publicity, the owner left the chat.
Manager Nikita supported us and said that he was on our side.

Online meeting with the PartyCasino team
No evidence of “motivated traffic” was provided
At the meeting, no specific confirmation or facts were provided to prove that the traffic was motivated.
The only thing we were shown was a Google spreadsheet with analytics:
It stated that players quickly leave the product and do not stay
This was presented as an argument for low-quality traffic
But you don’t need to be an analyst to understand that such user behavior is the result of internal problems of the product itself, and not the quality of the traffic.
Personal meeting with a PartyCasino representative
PartyCasino has a new advertising director – Anton. A meeting was initiated to analyze the situation in detail.
A personal meeting was held with the participation of Anton and a representative of Traffgun Partners. We provided all the facts confirming that the traffic was quality and live
Anton confirmed that we were right:
He acknowledged that there were internal issues with the product, particularly in player processing. The dialog seemed to be moving in the right direction.
Anton promised to talk to the product owner to explain our position and find a compromise.

Attempts to resolve the conflict
Product partially paid the debt for 01.04-30.04 ($10,000 upfront out of $50,000+), but p later claimed that it was an overpayment for RevShare and demanded a refund.
The owner of PartyCasino personally initiated an offline meeting with Traffgun Partners. On the first day, the meeting was held between our operators and the product owner. On the second day, the CEO of the company joined the meeting, all details and the identity of the owner will not be disclosed for security reasons. They did not listen to us and ignored the facts provided about the quality of our traffic. No one provided explanations of the cut supported by evidence.
During the meeting, we were told that all issues would be resolved in a chat, and not a single word was said about the fact that the traffic would not be paid.
During dialogues (both online and live), the owner avoided direct answers, often shifting responsibility to the manager Nikita. We were not provided with any document, evidence or analytics to support the accusations of motivated traffic. During the meeting, I personally understood the internal workings of the product, which is impossible and should be done by other employees. The CEO is incompetent in his job, unable to answer clear questions, and the owner personally helps him. Instead of a constructive approach, he has a “decision made, topic closed” attitude.
The owner offered an alternative solution: “find a manager named Mykyna in Kyiv and deal with him on your own.”
Manipulations with metrics
The average check has grown from $16 to $19 as of May 6.
The product was blocked by about 83 players (9.4%), which dropped the average check to $13, which is 32%.
Requests for evidence of blocking of these particular players remained unanswered.
All the blame is shifted to us, and the product’s own flaws are ignored.
Summary
The average check grew steadily – During the half of the month we saw a daily increase in the average check. It grew from $16 to $19
At the time of the conflict, less than 50% of players made a withdrawal, which is a positive indicator given the problems with the product
Even in such conditions, we were fulfilling the KPIs. But the product manually intervened in the process, started blocking player accounts
We initiated a request for each blocked player, namely:
Player ID
Specific reason for the block
Recording of the phone call
The result is a complete refusal to provide data. We have not received any argumentation or transparency from the product.
This situation has shown that even licensed products, using certain manipulations, can scam you for a large amount of money, even if all the facts indicate that you are right.
The Traffgun Partners affiliate program has demonstrated an open and transparent dialog. We remained patient and respectful of the product team. However, we received only total disregard for the facts.
