Andrew Dosha is a PPC specialist with many years of experience who has turned his love for advertising and analytics into a way of life. His journey started with contextual advertising and later led to the creation of one of the most famous arbitrage communities – PPC Club. In this interview, Andrew shares his vision of the arbitration industry development, secrets of successful networking, fight against professional burnout, and plans for the future.
This is a story about how to create an environment where knowledge is shared rather than hidden, why openness is important and how personal passion can become the basis for professional growth.
Andrew Dosha explains that the $50,000 minimum sponsorship criterion for PPC Club was created to weed out specialists without sufficient experience. “This allows us to create an environment for professionals who have a clear understanding of contextual advertising and are ready to share their knowledge,” he adds.
There are two formats in the club now:
Andrew’s career began in 2013 with contextual advertising, particularly in the niches of goods and services. In 2018, he entered the field of arbitrage. During this time, he has identified several key criteria for choosing GEO:
Andrew emphasizes that the main goal of PPC Club is networking and creating an environment for experience exchange. “PPC specialists are usually private people. But the club brings together those who are ready to share, not just take,” he says.
Communication in the club is based on mutual support and solving specific tasks. “The amount of time it takes to solve a problem has significantly decreased thanks to feedback from professionals,” says Andrew. He calls the meet-ups organized by the club “the icing on the cake.”
Andrew is against the “hazing” in arbitration. He believes that experience is not always an advantage, and young professionals can bring fresh ideas and innovations.
Andrew doesn’t perceive his activity as a job: “This is my life. I do what I love.” To avoid burnout, he travels, changes his environment, and participates in conferences.
According to Andrew, a leader should have the following qualities:
His secret weapon is sociability, which allows him to build relationships effectively in any environment.
Andrew‘s immediate plans include creating a job chat in Poland to help professionals find new opportunities.
Andrew believes that success is not a result, but a state of mind. In his free time, he plays Call of Duty with his childhood friends and enjoys living with his “vibe dacha” in Bali.
