The affiliate marketing industry is rapidly evolving, and we must exceed our partners’ expectations! The Traffic Squad team knows how to generate high quality traffic and attract the most active players. Our ultimate goal is to provide advertisers with high-quality traffic and ensure that buyers have all the opportunities for profitable work.

Curious about the structure and tasks of the Affiliates & Sales Department at Traffic Squad? Sit down, relax, and read on.

What does the Affiliates&Sales Department do?

The Affiliates & Sales team works to ensure a win-win outcome: partners receive high-quality traffic in large volumes, and buyers get the best market conditions for launching campaigns.

Our department consists of various roles, each with its own responsibilities and tasks, which we will outline below.

Who is in charge of the department?

The key role in the department belongs to the Affiliate Manager. It’s essential to understand what this role entails. The Affiliate Manager is primarily responsible for effective communication with advertisers and buyers. They negotiate advantageous offers and continuously seek the best opportunities for launches, providing a solid foundation for successful work.

Additionally, the Affiliate Manager:

  • carefully selects partners to ensure buyers have a sufficient number of offers across various GEOs and caps.
  • stays in close communication with partners to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust collaboration terms accordingly.
  • negotiates cap expansions with advertisers, making high-quality traffic flow in large volumes.
  • oversees payments from advertisers, leaving no room for unexplained cuts.

A skilled Affiliate Manager (and there are no other ones at Traffic Squad) is always in sync with buyers and advertisers. This alignment allows us to not only meet traffic requirements but also create truly profitable cases, leading to a total win-win!

Who finds new advertisers?

This is the job of the Business Development Specialists in our department. They are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and partnerships. However, their task goes beyond just finding a new advertiser—they ensure the best conditions for everyone involved. Here’s how a test drive with a new partner works:

  1. The Business Developer looks for and finds (!) a new partner.
  2. They meticulously document the terms of the test run.
  3. They support the offer integration, oversee the test run by the buying team, and analyze the results.
  4. Only then do they hand the partner over to the Affiliate Manager.

With this approach, a win-win is inevitable!

Who automates the processes?

Our team continually improves their knowledge of technologies that assist in our work. Integration Specialists on our team ensure smooth technical interaction with partners, set up postbacks, and develop Telegram bots to optimize processes. This way, no information from partners is missed, timely pushes are sent to buyers, and so on. All processes are automated, and everyone works toward the same goal!

Who monitors deposits?

Yes, we have someone for that too! The Financial Affiliate Manager is responsible for reconciling received deposits from advertisers and handling final payments. They ensure that no deposit is missed and that all buyers receive their well-earned profits.
