Some people win with charisma, some with skills, and some can combine both. We are proud to have such a person in our iGamePanda team. We have prepared for you an interview with arbitrage influencer and iGamePanda Affiliate Manager Artem, known on Instagram under the nickname @artem.cpa. We asked Artem about his work at Lead Panda Holding, participation in events, and entering the media. The influencer also shared how he manages to win contests even with an audience of 500 subscribers and answers to other intriguing questions. Let’s go!
Tell us what Lead Panda Holding is like from the inside?
Multifaceted, it is a multi-vertical holding, all niches are interesting in their own way, I like iGamePanda, where I come from, and my colleagues from Lead Panda Media are also impressive.
Why did you choose to work at iGamePanda?
My pitch was very convincing at the interview, I believed in the startup and now I know how to build an affiliate program with my own media buying from scratch. This is a very interesting and rewarding experience.
Does Lead Panda force you to be public, to take down ads?
They support my idea of making videos. And besides, they pay for ChatGPT Premium, which gives me ideas for my videos!
Is it hard to force yourself to communicate with people at events or do you still love it?
Communicating at events is a real thrill for me! I get a lot of positive emotions. Of course, sometimes it is difficult to negotiate with Indians, but this does not prevent me from enjoying the process.
Is there anyone you look up to/like as a professional in arbitration?
Of course, Anastasia, Head of Brand at 1win UA. She combines professionalism, kindness, and inner beauty. Such a combo cannot but impress.
Would you like to go to events abroad again?
Of course! Before, I didn’t even have a place for visas in my passport, and now it’s my big wish.
Where do you think networking is better/ more productive – at large conferences or at meetups?
If it’s an international conference, then, of course, there. And in Ukraine, you can network at both meetups and conferences, because you often meet the same people. But at conferences with stands, you have a better chance of meeting a buyer.
What advice do you have for buyers at events? How to behave in order to conclude a top contract?
Be honest and share your real experience. After the first tests, the truth will come out anyway.
What event over the past year was most memorable?
Golden Boomerang Awards is the event I definitely want to attend. And of the ones I have already been to, I like Affhub the most, they do everything at a high level.
Is your main task at events PR or networking?
When I’m alone, I focus more on networking, and when I’m in a team, I transfer some of the networking to my colleagues, and I do PR.
Tell us how to implement collabs and win contests with 500 subscribers?
Be yourself, use charisma (if you have it), and, of course, have cool ideas. This is the basis of success.
Do you plan to make a full transition to blogging?
If it brings me a lot of US dollars, I will think about it. At the moment, I’m balancing between an aff and a restless brawler in Insta.
The colaba you dream about?
I won’t reveal all the cards, but I’m already working on some interesting projects in Cyprus that have great potential.
Which interview on the Lead Panda Media YouTube channel did you like the most and why?
It’s hard for me to choose one because all the interviews are interesting and informative. Each guest brings something unique to the table, and I recommend everyone to take the time to watch them.
Name 3 things that inspire you the most in life.
Family, work, friends. These are my priorities.
