2025 marked a turning point for Makeberry Affiliates. After a year of structural changes and strategic decisions, the start of a new year is the right moment to consolidate the results and define the direction ahead.
Key outcomes of 2025
Throughout the year, Makeberry Affiliates consistently expanded its partner ecosystem. More than 10,000 conversations with potential partners led to a 300% increase in the network and provided valuable insight into real market demand. As a result, 224 new brands were onboarded, traffic coverage expanded to 196 GEOs, and the number of active advertisers increased by 80%.
Another major development was Makeberry Affiliates’ transition into the role of a direct advertiser for 3 products – RocketPlay, WinSpirit and LuckyHills. This shift gave the team direct control over the entire player lifecycle, from acquisition through to monetisation, and made it possible to test assumptions and make decisions faster. For partners, it resulted in simpler communication, quicker approvals, deeper insight through analytics and more flexible monetisation models.
At the same time, Makeberry Affiliates increased its focus on analytics. Day-to-day work with media buying and product teams showed that most friction does not come from performance itself, but from how results are interpreted and communicated. This insight led to the development of Makeberry Hub – an in-house analytics platform designed to bring buying and product data together, highlight strengths and weaknesses on both sides, and enable faster alignment around traffic expectations and performance requirements.
An additional focus of the platform is supporting buying teams that are ready to scale but face operational or resource limitations. For these teams, Makeberry Hub is designed to provide access to budgets, infrastructure, and bizdev support.
The platform is currently in testing, with an official release planned for the first half of 2026.
Brand development was another strategic focus for Makeberry Affiliates in 2025. Attendance at 12 conferences and meetups, sponsorship of 5 industry events, and the ‘berry good’ debut with a stand at SiGMA Rome helped strengthen the company’s position as an expert player in the market and created additional opportunities for direct partner engagement.
To sustain this rate of growth, Makeberry Affiliates doubled the size of its team during the year. This expansion included the launch of an Influence team, which quickly delivered strong results, driving a 500% increase in RFD and a 1,386.61% growth in product GGR. These outcomes confirmed its potential, and in 2026 the company plans to develop it into a standalone B2B unit.
Makeberry Affiliates’ strategic focus for 2026
The experience of 2025 clarified one thing for Makeberry Affiliates: sustainable scale is only possible with control over the product, transparent analytics, and clearly defined rules of collaboration with partners. These principles now form the foundation of the company’s strategy for 2026.
This year, Makeberry Affiliates is focused on expanding its product portfolio as a direct advertiser, further scaling Makeberry Hub, launching its own AI influencer, and strengthening the brand’s position across the global iGaming market.
iGB Affiliate Barcelona (20-21 January 2026) will be the first opportunity of the year to explore potential collaboration with the Makeberry Affiliates team. For those who value a data-driven approach and transparent communication, this is a good time to arrange a meeting in advance.
