My experience in web3 helped me understand how to build marketing agencies. Media buying was initially a way to diversify, but eventually became the main focus. The name GOATS speaks for itself – Greatest of All Time. We’re building a team that lives up to this idea.
We are distinguished by our rich experience in various niches and the ability to scale processes. Our C-level managers have more than 6 years of experience, and our heads and team leads are constantly coached by top specialists from other industries. Thanks to this, buyers with us show much better results. In addition, we are supported by unlimited budgets and anlim cap.
The biggest challenge was and still is recruiting. The company is based on values and people you can trust. It is almost impossible to scale quickly without the right people.
What are your plans for brand development in 2025?
One of the key focuses is the development of the HR brand. We are working on recognition and plan to organize private parties at major events. Believe me, it will be loud.
Yes, we will invite them to our events. I already have experience of working with Hollywood stars and influencers, such as Messi and Ronaldinho, most often through mutual friends.
We have recently finalized the processes in buying that help us grow faster. Next, we are planning large-scale marketing campaigns: private events, exhibition buses at conferences, our own podcast, etc.

I work a lot, but now I have a rule that Sunday is completely free from work. This is the best decision I’ve made in recent years. I go to bed by 2 a.m. and wake up by 10 a.m.
I tried many things: running, cold baths, meditation. The most important thing is to turn off your phone on Sunday and leave the day without plans. It brings back the balance.
I travel and study different cultures. This year I plan to visit Latin America, Africa and hike around Annapurna.
This is a personal challenge. I don’t train every day yet, but I promise to start on Monday.
