For most people, 2025 was a year of turbulence, fatigue, and constant adaptation. But not for Dima, Head of Growe Partners, who is used to looking at the year not through the calendar, but through numbers, metrics, and internal achievements. At a time when the industry was struggling for stability, he was setting his own records: working closely with partners, closing ambitious deals, and at the same time managing to achieve the legendary 1% in Whoop Recovery, an achievement that only 0.5% of users can boast.

We talked to Dima about his year in numbers: how many campaigns really mattered, which metrics skyrocketed, what AI gives real ROI, whether mistakes are really mistakes, and how many days in 2025 he was truly happy.

How many new projects/campaigns did you start in 2025 and how many did you actually complete?

Many campaigns were launched on paper, but I always saw them as parts of one project — Growe Partners. For me, these are not separate stories, but one big job that has no time frame.

Which indicator grew the most in 2025 and what did you do to make it happen?

NGR. It grew thanks to deeper work with top industry partners.

How many times did you make mistakes this year, and which mistake turned out to be the most valuable?

I sincerely believe that there are no mistakes. Everything we did brought us to where we are today.

How much did your stress/burnout level change in 2025 (from 1 to 10), and what influenced it?

And is the maximum value 1 or 10? Just kidding)) This year, I received a 1% achievement in Whoop Recovery. They say that only 0.5% of Whoop users received it, so draw your own conclusions.

How many new tools or AI services did you start using in 2025, and which one gave you the highest ROI?

I recently tested AI meeting trackers. Can we assume that laughter during calls also increases ROI?

How many new people from the industry appeared in your circle, and which of them became the discovery of the year?

There were a lot of new people, each of whom is important to me in their own way.

What amount/result/metric did you consider unattainable at the beginning of the year, but still achieved?

The volume of FTD purchased. It was a very ambitious commitment, but it was fully fulfilled.

How many days in 2025 were you truly happy at work, and what made those days so special?

364 days. I had to take one day as sick leave.

What single figure do you want to influence the most in 2026 and why?

ROI. Because in our industry, everyone ultimately looks at profit.
